Bellus Candle Company does not assume any responsibility for shipping costs. All costs are the responsibility of buyer. All orders have a 5-7 day processing time. We use UPS and USPS for all deliveries.

At this time, Bellus Candle Company does not ship internationally. All product are deliverable to U.S residents only.

Bellus Candles does not assume responsibility for any delays in transit once orders are handed over to the carrier.

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, Bellus Candle Company does not assume any shipping costs. All shipping costs are the resposibility of the buyer.

Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address. Any deliveries delivered to the incorrect address or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Bellus Candles.

RETURNS

All orders are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

If your order should arrive broken, please send photos of broken merchandise to belluscandles@gmail.com within 48 hours upon receiving delivery and we will replace it. Bellus Candles does not assume responsibility for shipment costs.
